Pet's info: Dog | Boerboel | Female | spayed | 130 lbs
My dog has a soft tissue growth between the digits. What could it be? Could it be cancer or something less serious?

Its possible that it may be an abscess in the skin (localized skin infection), however cancer is a possibility. Ideally, take her in to the vet; they will be able to do a fine needle aspirate, this is where they will poke the bump with a needle, squirt the cells out onto a slide and look at it under a microscope. This can be done quickly and is not painful to your pet. Thanks for asking Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
