My dog was attacked. Do her split lip and bite marks need a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 4 years and 11 months old | 20 lbs

my dog got attacked today and has a split lip (like it’s not bad but there’s a small piece of it hanging off) and then two bite marks on the side of her face. i just don’t know whether or not i have to take her to the vet tomorrow

Hi, yes I would definitely recommend to have her checked over. One of the bites is oozing in the picture which indicates infection, the lip will not be able to heal on his own as it is in a moist area subject to movement and the edges of the wound are not going to be kept in place for it to heal without suturing it. Hope all goes well, and that Minnie is feeling better soon !
