Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 75 lbs
Wanted to trim one of my dogs nails because it was a little longer than the others. Thing is, He hates getting his nails clipped and moved his foot and i ended up slightly clipping into the quick. I stopped the bleeding and nothing is hanging. He isnt limping and he's mostly just mad at me and is a little uncomfortable. Should I take him to the vet to get it checked, or is it okay to heal on its own?

If all you've done is clipped the quick and the bleeding is done, there is no need for a veterinary visit necessarily. If you want some anti inflammatories from the vet for pain you could consider going particularly if Jericho starts to limp or lick the paw consistently. Additionally, if he starts to lick the area repeatedly I would recommend getting him a cone to wear to prevent any self-mutilation. Hope this makes sense.
