My dog barely ate. Can I still give her metronidazole for Giardia?

My dog is on metronidazole for gardia. She only took a couple of bites of food tonight. I give it in peanut butter. Can I give her the 500mg pill even though she barely ate? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 58 lbs

Ideally she should continue to eat her food so if Sasha does not want to eat her food consistently, she may warrant a visit to the veterinarian. Otherwise, she should be ok! I hope this is helpful!
