My dog's butt is swollen after playing outside. What's wrong?

My dog's ass has swellen up for no reason.He was just fine.He played in the garden the other day and he was happy.I dont know whether he was bitten by any insect or whatsoever.Please help me !The photo is attached. Pet's info: Dog | German Spitz | Male | 2 years and 6 months old

Look like a localized allergic reaction, or that he's been licking it, or a combination of the two. Get him a cone to wear to stop him from licking and buy a cone. Try that for a few days. Can use benadryl if you wan to see if it helps. Can not give doses on here though, so. Hope this helps.
