It is possible that may be something known commonly as puppy pyoderma. Also possible of producing lesions that appear that way is demodectic mange. Depending upon the presence of absence of spots anywhere else on the body and the presence or absence of itchiness, this would help rule in and out some things. Ultimately, if it doesn't resolve on its own in a couple of days or start to look better, have it checked by your vet.
