This would be the most common area for flea allergies to manifest themselves. With flea allergies, all it takes is one bite from a flea to send the whole body into an itch cycle. Sentry Plus is a generic form of Frontline, which doesn't seem to work as well as some of the newer, prescription flea preventatives. I would recommend that you have the dogs evaluated by the vet to determine if it is flea allergies, or something else like food allergies, mites, or a bacterial infection. The vet may recommend a different flea preventative, anti-inflammatories, anti-itch medications, antibiotics, or medicated shampoos based on the health of the skin. https://www.petcoach.co/article/flea-allergy-dermatitis-or-flea-bite-hypersensitivity/
