Why are my dog's testicles and back leg swollen after a paw cut?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 8 years and 10 months old | 108 lbs

Recently noticed swelling of testicles and today his back right leg is swollen. He walks lightly but would still chase a ball. I noticed a cut or puncture wounds under foot. His other leg is fine. What could this be due to

Hello. Swollen testicles with progrssive swelling in the pelvic limb(s) might be an indication of infection, inflammation or even neoplasia. You really should have this evaluated as soon as possible on the chance that he may need to be on antibiotics or need to be neutered.
