Why did my budgie fall while flying and start shivering? What to do?

Hi... I've a pair of budgies, I used to let them fly in ma room for sometime but today when my birds were flying, one of them suddenly fell on the table and started shivering and at the same moment her legs were like shrinked, I rubbed on her chest and that I think made her comfortable and she flew off again..I just wanna know what actually happened...and some precautions I can take in order to her health. Thanks for reaching out about Juliet. What might have happened is a little bit of shock, was flying and hit the table hard. Took a little time to recover from the trauma. The liver is the shock organ and if compromised, recovery can be slower. If situation recurs, a veterinary visit is recommended. Good luck.
