Why is my puppy leaking clear fluid in sleep? Is it a wet dream?

Hi, this is a weird question, but can dogs have wet dreams? I have two pug mixed puppies and they keep letting liquid out in their sleep. I don’t think it’s urine because they and my other dog seem to have no problem with it. The liquid is also colourless and odourless. Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 6 months and 8 days old

No one knows if dogs have "wet dreams" per se, however, it is not uncommon for dogs to ejaculate even when they sleep. I would not be worried about this behavior. The best way to fix this is to have them neutered before they start displaying other sexual behaviors.
