My young puppy cries and bites when touched after a fall. Is he hurt?

I have a beagle puppy who is 1month and 20 days old. He fell from my bed and just screamed for 5secs and was normal throughout the day.i saw him licking washing powder spoon and then i washed his mouth.he also ate bread (multigrain)for the first time today.due to some lighting prob the lightswere outin evening and he was sleeping on my bed and i woke him to play with my flashlight on and he had been screamin. I'm grooming him but he looks fine.whenevr i touch his below area he cries and bites me. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 20 days old

He is probably still sore. If he’s playful and eating I would just give him a few more days to heal. Puppies generally heal quickly. If the pain continues more than another few days or he’s not acting right please take him in for an exam and treatment.
