My dog leaks urine at night after surgery. Why isn't Propalin working?

hi Dr my dog a cross breead 12 years old 8kg, had a surgery last year for some stones in the urinary via. since that time he started with incontenence problem and i am giving propalin syrup as a treatment, i am not getting really good result, to be honest, he is still leeking specially during the night time. So i am thinking maybe propalin is administered with a wrong quantity or why it doesn't works? please can you help me?

First of all i would recommend checking the dosage, it is written very clearly in the leaflet: 0.1 mL of Propalin Syrup per 5 kg of body weight, 3 times daily. this means he needs 0.16ml 3 times daily. unfortunately propalin doesn't always work, it does not surprise me because his case is not a classic case of urinary bladder atony which Propalin treats mainly.
