My puppy went outside before shots. What disease symptoms to watch?

Hi my puppy is 7 weeks old, and we got him about a week ago. He has received all the shots he needs thus far, and next week he will going in for his 8 week shots. However I live in an apartment complex and I have taken him outside to a spot where other dogs usually use the restroom.. I am afraid that I may have put him danger of catching a disease, are there any warning signs I should look out for that may alert me that he has caught something? and are there any preventive measures I can take? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 23 days old | 5 lbs

You can just monitor Ares for any signs of illness such as inappetence, vomiting or diarrhea and have him examined if observed. However, that is unlikely.
