Why is my 1-month-old puppy not walking, lifting head, or shaking?

My dog is 1 month old..but he won't raise his head ...and he don't have the capability of walking...when he start walking he got shivering......but he eats food....

I'm sorry to hear that your pup isn't doing well. I recommend taking him to an emergency clinic right away for evaluation. His blood sugar could be low, he could have a liver issue that is allowing toxins to build up in his system, he could have a congenital issue with his digestive tract, or something else entirely. His vet will likely do an exam, draw a bit of blood, and maybe take x-rays. I hope he's feeling better soon!

    HI there and thank you for posting your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am sorry to hear the puppy is not responding well a day after birth. It is hard to say exactly what the cause is for this sight unseen, but infectious or congenital causes could be at play. Keep the puppy warm and try and position it so he can drink from mom. If he can't and is too weak, you can buy puppy formula at your local pet supplies store and give it small amount of warmed formula every 30 mins until he perks up.
