Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Male | neutered | 19 lbs
my family has a teacup yorkie and it really doesn't get along with my 9 month old shiba inu. My shiba inu has been basically living his life in different parts of the house such as my room and other rooms away from the yorkie because she freaks out everytime she sees him. We do let them interact by letting my shiba inu outside to the rest of the house but it doens't go well. The yorkie is very aggresive towards him and I'm not sure what to do and how to let them be able to cope with each other

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem. Aggression issues between dogs in the same household are very complex, and generally need in-person help to get a better idea of what is causing the problem - so I would recommend getting in touch with a veterinary behaviorist who can evaluate the dogs in person and help you put together a detailed plan to work on the problem. You can search for a behaviorist in your area here: www.dacvb.org In the meantime, I would keep the dogs strictly separated - it's not a good idea to let Yoshi out into the house if this provokes an aggressive reaction by the Yorkie, since it will only make the problem worse every time this happens. Instead, I would make sure that they stay in different parts of the house and don't see each other at all until you can get a professional in to help.
