Should I deworm my 4-week-old puppy at home? What shots are needed?

Should I deworm my 4 week old puppy myself or go to the vet ? & how should I do this , if I’m the one to do so . & what shots does he need ? I’m a little confused

You can deworm him at home if you have a puppy dewormer, the instructions will be written on the dewormer label. regarding vaccinations he will need the 6 in 1 vaccination course (or similar), the course of vaccination is usually 3 shots 2-4 weeks apart, the first vaccination should be given at the age of 8 weeks. after the course of vaccination is done Benji will also need to be vaccinated against rabies one time.

    He should have been dewormed already, vaccinated as well, so if you have not done any of those it would be a good time to take him to the vet first thing. Training can usually be started from the age of 3 months.

    Great questions! You can deworm Bruno now, but he won’t be old enough for his first vaccines until he is six weeks of age. You can register him with a vet now, and take him in to get deworming medication.
