My dog's leg abscess burst, chest hot, not eating or drinking.

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 30 lbs

My dog is 9 and had a pus ball thing on his leg, the other night it popd and it was a lot of pus plus it stunk real bad, but now it seemed this pus thing has gone under to his chest and it feels hot. He not really drinking or eating

This needs to be seen by a veterinarian ASAP. Your dog will need antibiotics to combat the infection. The swelling is concerning, and it could be either an expansion of the abscess or a seroma or an infection of the tissue with microabscesses ( cellulitis). This is likely very painful and also causes a fever, both reasons for him not eating and drinking and being ill. Please take Stone to a vet in the morning.
