Green discharge is a sign of an infection. Either the cyst is now infected or Sadie Girl has abscesses which may be tooth root abscesses. This would be very painful and also could cause sepsis. Please take Sadie Girl to your vet for an exam. If this is caused by tooth root abscesses, these teeth will need to be removed under anesthesia and it is also likely that she will need a good teeth cleaning. She will also need prescription antibiotics as well as pain medicine.
