My cat's kittens died. How do I care for her teats and ensure she's okay?

My cat has given birth and all of her kittens have died (Within a few hours). Am I supposed to give my cat different care? What do I do about her teats? She will not be able to get rid of the milk because the babies have passed away. Will my cat be okay? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 15 lbs

Your cat will be ok. Do not manipulate the teats. She will dry up within a short time. Feed her normally and do not withhold water. If your cat should get lethargic or stop eating or drinking she will need to be seen by a vet.
