Why is my cat sick, barely moving, and trying to vomit after garden?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | neutered | 4 years and 10 months old | 13.2 lbs

My cat (5 years old, persian race) looks like he is so sick, he barely moves and if i could i would attach 2 videos where literally he wants to throw up or somethig but he cant. Also, before he wants to throw up he is looking like he is tasting something bad in his mouth. He feels like that since he came back inside(he played in the garden) 6 hours ago.

Poor Brutus. It sounds like he may have eating something or gotten into something he shouldn't have in the garden. If there is any way to get him to the vet today, I would strongly recommend it. This could have been a toxic plant or some other type of toxin that is cause nausea or irritation to the mouth. The vet will be able to talk in detail about what is in and around your garden, run blood work if needed and get him on the proper treatment plan to help him feel better. I hope this helps!
