Hi..I wanted to warm up my dog,Zeytin's food ...I usually cool it down to room temperature, but I think it was hot for her, because when she put her tongue she started to drink water and I moved the food immediately...But I am so sad,can she catch rabid because of the hot food?

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Zeytin will be ok. Hot food can only cause a burn on the tongue or mouth and pain. Hot food can not cause rabies. Moving forward, after heating her food, stir it well and test it with your finger first before serving it to her. She will be fine! Have a great day!
