Why is my senior dog throwing up, not eating, and shaking for days?

My friends dog is a boxer and is 11 years old she has been throwing up not eating eyes blood shot red, tired, and shaking off and on for a few days. What should we do is it the end ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 65 lbs

I would recommend taking Basil to see a veterinarian. Without a complete physical examination it is very difficult to say if it is time for Basil. The veterinarian can discuss with your friend if treatment or diagnostics is something that would help Basil or if something worse is going on with her that cannot be treated.
