What food helps my cat who bruises easily and has blood issues?

Hi so I went to the Vet and they told me Maya was losing a lot of blood due to having a lot of bruises . They told me that she only had 7 blood cells and they did a blood diffusion and prescribed her with 2 medicine. I forgot to ask them what kind of food should I give her that will help her . Should I give her wet food or dry food and what kind ? Ps She gets bruises really easily.. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 1 day old | 1lb

Her regular cat food would be best, because there is no need to change it unless specifically advised by your vet. Changing her food is also not advised, because it can cause gastrointestinal upset. Wet food is better that dry, because it will promote fluid intake - likely good for her condition. If she normally gets dry food, then you can add a little water to make it a wet food.
