I have a cat and he snitch himself around his ear and belly. I missed his shots last year. Need to get his shots but I have a budget.

If Goldie has wounds on his ear and belly, a veterinary visit would be recommended to see if he needs any antibiotics or pain medication. At the very least, clean with warm soapy water and rinse well. You can even plan a soft e-collar on him for 2-3 days so that he can't groom the areas, since grooming will keep introducing bacteria. As far as vaccines, there are many places that offer vaccine only services that can help with vaccines on a budget. I would always recommend a full vet exam so that we can pick up on issues early, but if that's not possible, check out vaccine clinics in your area.
