My dog has sores on his chin, nose, and a sore eye. What could it be?

Male 6 yr old dog. Got sore under his chin and on his nose. Also has a sore eye. Would u know what it is please. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 5 years and 10 months old | 32 lbs

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Buddy. He will need to see his veterinarian. His sores are unusual. Given their locations, I am concerned he could have an auto-immune skin disease. This is where the body starts attacking its own skin cells. Check his ear margins and foot pads for other signs as well. In the meantime, keep him from scratching the affected areas.
