In the majority of cases such a small rubber band should not cause any problem and should pass easily through the intestines, just monitor her in the next few days, signs to be concerned about include vomiting, constipation, lethargy and lack of appetite.

Monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, straining to defecate or abdominal pain. A small rubber band should have no problem passing through. Consider adding in some plain pumpkin (NOT pie filling) or raw green beans to add bulk to the diet to help push it out. If you see any of the above symptoms, see your veterinarian.
