Dog ate garbage, vomiting, not eating, breathing hard. What to do?

Question

My three year old standard poodle is not eating peeing or pooping ... she started vomiting solids and now is vomiting bile . Also seems to have hard time breathing while standing what could be wrong ... she ate hotdogs and maybe some onions peppers and put the garbage what could be wrong ? What should I do first at home now before I take her to vet in morning . Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Female | unspayed | 50 lbs

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. Khaleesi could be very dehydrated from losing fluids through vomiting. If she is having a hard time breathing, I would recommend having a veterinarian examining her sooner than in the morning. She may have a severe case of pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) from eating all of that food and may need to be hospitalized for treatment.
