My 1 year old dog had puppies on March 24 and it's supposed to get down to 30°F tonight I was wondering if I need to bring the puppies inside I made sure their dog house was warm.

It's probably best to bring them inside, but it really depends on how warm their kennel is. If you can be sure that the kennel does not drop below 70 degrees F, then the pups should be fine. If you can't ensure this, then I would bring them inside to be safe. Given that it's going to drop below freezing tonight and the fact that it's very important for newborn puppies to stay warm, yes I would bring them all inside tonight to make sure they are warm. I hope this helps!
