Cat gagging, trouble swallowing, and not moving much. What to do?

My cat seem to be having a hard time swallowing and is gagging and isn’t moving around like she normally does

She probably has swollen lymph nodes from a sore throat or cold. She may have a mild fever causing the lethargy. I would warm the wet food, have fresh water available and let her rest. If she gets worse then a veterinary exam is recommended. Usually they will recover from a cold in a week or so.
