My German Shepherd puppy shaking head and scratching. Ear infection?

Hello, my parents have a king German shepherd puppy that's 9 month's old. This morning we woke up and we noticed he was shaking his head and scratching at his left ear. He has been dropping his left ear as well. We would like to have an idea of what could be wrong with the ear? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 10 days old | 80 lbs

Try cleaning with a dog ear cleaner (your local pet store can help you). If no improvement, its time to see your vet on Monday so get the proper ear medication if needed.
