Is my 5-month Shih Tzu's ear scratching & head rubbing a seizure?

I have a dog he is a shih tzu and he is currently 5 months old. I've observed that he is experiencing seizures (I don't know how to send video of him) but my friend also notice that he is always scratching his ears and I've look there were hairs and every time I try to stop him scratching his ears his head will go down and scratch that area using the floor. So my question is, Is that a seizure or is his ear is causing some irritations? Thank you and Hope you can notice me God Bless. It is possible these symptoms may be related. I recommend you schedule a full vet check in order to have the ears assessed and treated and take the copy of the video for your vet to assess at this time
