My dog won't eat, is throwing up, and has red itchy skin. What to do?

My dog is not eating any food from last 5 days and different type of water is coming from Mouth and down of body red colour itches are coming,,, is any home remedies are available to cure that type of illness. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 6 years and 7 months old | 22 lbs

I'm sorry to hear Budda is not well. Unfortunately, she sounds quite ill if she has not eaten for 5 days and there are no home remedies for you to try. She will need to see a veterinarian to be examined and to have medication prescribed. There are many reasons she may be ill including toxin exposure, infection, GI upset, etc. so it's impossible to say what Medication may help her without doing a physical examination. Budda may need IV fluids and hospitalization under the care of a veterinarian.
