My deaf cat's ear is drooping. Is this normal or a vet concern?

Why would my cat’s ear become like this?? I’ve attached pictures Is it normal?? I asked bc He is a deaf cat, I hope that this is normal

Many white cats are deaf but i suspect the falling ear has nothing to do with it, it's probably due to some sort of trauma, possibly an ear infection, i would recommend having it checked by a vet ASAP.
