My male dog has a red ring on his nipple. Is it ringworm or bite?

My male dog has a red ring around one of his nipples. I’m not sure if this is run worm or maybe just an insect bite. Pet's info: Dog | Puggle | Male | neutered | 10 years and 1 month old | 45 lbs

I recommend that you continue to monitor Milo for now. If this lesion fails to improve on its own or it worsens have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
