my dog is scooting on the floor i know he needs his glands squeezed he is a little yorkie and he acts like it hurts do i need to take hime to the er. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 12 lbs

However, if this does not improve, have Peanut evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment as anal sac expression may be indicated as this may be due to anal sac impaction or infection.
