My dog has diarrhea and weird rear discharge. Is it serious?

I noticed that our dog look like he had a runny stool but when I noticed his rear end it looks like it's got like a pest type a substance coming out of it along with the runny discharge of the diarrhea is that anything to be concerned about. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 10 years and 2 months old | 107 lbs

Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Goose evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
