My pregnant cat has painful labor symptoms at 3 weeks. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 21 days old | 8 lbs

3-4 weeks pregnant cat showing painful labor symptoms (pacing, nesting, extreme restlessness, rolling on floor, frequent and loud meowing/mewing/purring, labor position) for 16 hours. Clear mucous vaginal discharge and scrunching back inwards. Back legs shuffle and twitch occadionally. Clear extreme discomfort

I am so sorry to hear that Atsushi is so uncomfortable. It sounds like she could be in preterm labor. This can be very serious. The kittens will not survive this early, but it could also be life threatening for Atsushi. Please have her seen by a veterinarian immediately. A c-section may be recommended in order to save her.
