Can you tell me what is wrong with my cat please? His symptoms are: repetitive sneezing, watery eyes, noisy/heavy breathing, loss of appetite, red eyes, constant sleeping, isn't very active, and he is gassy.

Without a physical exam, it is difficult. Have Sir Watson examined by your veterinarian. Discuss respiratory infection (viral or bacterial) as well as possible polyps. This could explain the respiratory symptoms. Submit a stool sample to diagnose intestinal parasites or bacterial overgrowth and review the diet to determine the cause of his flatulence. A veterinary probiotic, such as ProStora, ProViable or FortiFlora, may promote GI health.
