My dog's stomach hurts when I touch it, but isn't hard. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Pekingese | Male | unneutered | 9.5 lbs

I think my dogs stomach is hurting him it seemed to of just happened over night. His stomach is not hard but when I touch it he cry's. He's pee and poop is clear. I'm not sure what's wrong

If he is having abdominal pain then he really should be examined by a vet to determine he cause. He could have an infection, pancreatitis, kidney disease, liver disease, etc and your vet can run labeork and take an X-ray to help diagnose. Hope he feels better soon.
