My dog was attacked, now vomiting and pooping blood. ER visit?

My dog was attacked by another dog two days ago, and lost part of his ear, we had a vet come and look at him and we’ve been squeezing out the puss, giving him antibiotics, and pain medicine. But tonight he started pooping blood and throwing up. Will he be okay until morning? or should I try to find a pet Er? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Male | unneutered | 90 lbs

It's best to take him to the ER, but it's possible that this can wait until tomorrow morning.
