My dog has a bald spot on his back and i dont know how he got it should i be worried,he git it like 4 weeks ago i have been doing a treatment, what else can i use for him its spreadingwhat else can i use?

I am sorry to hear about Yogi. A photo of the area and the treatment you have been using may be helpful for us to help identify what could be going on. A bald spot could be from a number of causes, including ringworm (a fungal infection), a bacterial infection, an allergy, fleas, and skin mites are a few possibilities. An exam by a vet would be recommended to try to determine the cause which will guide treatment. The vet may do a fungal culture, a cytology to check for bacteria, or a skin scrape to check for mites under the skin. They will advise treatment based on their findings.
