Dog stomach ache won't go away after vet visit. What should I do?

I have a 3-year-old dog that goes through with astomach ache.I took him to the vet and they gave him serum. That was 5 days ago and it's still the same. what I do? It is a dashnund dog!!:/. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | 3 years and 1 month old | 16 lbs

They could check for possible things causing this such as gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, among other possibilities and treat accordingly. Good luck and have a great day! Hoping for a quick recovery!
