Definitely take Pelusa into a vet immediately. Any eye problem is considered an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. The vet needs to check her eye to make sure there is no damage done to it from the foxtail, and can treat her. Please take her into a vet now. Best of luck.
