If Jelly isn’t limping and doesn’t seem sensitive to when you touch that leg/flex/extend those joints, no treatment is recommended. Over the counter Ibuprofen and Tylenol (acetaminophen) is toxic to dogs and approves canine Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories for pain such as Rimadyl (carprofeb) typically requires screening bloodwork first and carries the risk of GI ulcers if not given with food. Jelly is adorable! VetriScience mobility flex or vetriflex are joint supplements (available on chewy.com) that are safe to give daily for life that can help prevent arthritis if Jelly has a condition called patellar luxations which is fairly common in small dogs. Your vet can examine her to let you know if she has this congenital condition. Good luck!
