How offten do I need to check on my dog and her newborn puppies? Is it possible for me to go out for an hour or 2 after the first few days? Will mama and her pups be ok if I go for dinner or run some arrends? Or do I have to stay home for the next few weeks? Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 3 months old | 83 lbs

Yes, it is possible for you to go out for an hour or two to go to dinner and run some errands. I would check on them every couple of hours, but that doesn't mean you have to stop your life. I hope this helps!
