Hi my dog seemed dead for like 5 minutes, rongue out and urine pouring out.. shes fine but it happened again minus the urine.. she also through up.. im low income and cant just run to a vet.. would u happen to know what can be happening so i have an idea of what to do next.. she is a 10yr old shitzu

It sounds like your dog is experiencing either seizure or aneurysm like activity, or may be experiencing cardiorespiratory problems. Both of these warrant immediate attention and can result in death if they go untreated. Prognosis is unknown until more is known about the cause of the symptoms. While I understand your position, please understand that without attention this may not have a good outcome.
