Why is my new puppy biting, causing a rash, and itching constantly?

So I have gotten a puppy 3 weeks earlier than what I was supposed to. She has bitten 3 people and we all got a little rash and it itched really bad. Also she randomly itches really hard but doesn’t have fleas. And we made sure to give her a bath 4 days after we got her with dawn dish soap to make sure if she did have fleas they would be gone. What’s happening and how can I fix it ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 13 days old | 7 lbs

I'm not sure what the rash from Sky's bite would be - I'd recommend contacting your physician regarding that problem. It can be pretty common for puppies to have itchy skin. Fleas or other parasites still may be a possibility, even after a bath, so I think that it would be a good idea to have your vet examine Sky. They can also prescribe a safe flea medication for her.
