My outdoor cat has a hot spot & nose discoloration. OTC remedies?

Cannot afford a vet. My outside cat has a very raw hot spot between his shoulder blades. And his nose is blotchy and loosing pigmentation anything I can do over the counter

You can try applying some topical antibiotic ointment to the wounds 2-3 times a day (something like neosporin). If this does not fix the issue you will need to bring him in to a veterinarian to get him worked up. Best of luck. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
