My dog has a sensitive stomach. Can she chew bones on her diet?

My dog has gastrointestinal issues and has to be on a special diet. I was wondering what the best type of bone is for her to chew on? Pet's info: Dog | Black Mouth Cur | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 50 lbs

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question. When a dog like Sasah has GI issues and is on a special diet, it's not recommend to give them anything additional in their diet. Even a bone could trigger her GI problems, as dogs eat bones, and you don't want that to happen. I would not recommend giving her bone (they break teeth as well), and just keep her on her special diet. Best of luck.
