Maxx is around 12 or 13 vet said he has arthritis but want more money. He has bloodshot eyes and can't walk so I have to watch him when he goes potty but his hair down middle of his back is thin and getting worse. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | 15 lbs
